Refund Policy — Secretaries Pay Secretaries

Prices shown on the site exclude tax. Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

Why we don't offer standard refunds

Once a purchase completes, the product is immediately available in your library and can be downloaded, copied, and reused. There is no way to "return" a digital file, so we follow the standard practice for digital marketplaces and treat all sales as final.

Before you buy

Read the product description and file-type notes carefully.
Open the preview images or sample files, if provided.
Check the vendor's reviews and Q&A section.
If something isn't clear, ask the vendor a question on the product page before checking out.

Narrow exceptions we do consider

We will review requests submitted within 7 days of purchase in these situations:

Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same item due to a technical error.
File is broken or won't open. The delivered file is corrupted or can't be opened in the software the listing said it supports, and the vendor cannot provide a working replacement.
Material misrepresentation. The product is fundamentally different from what the listing described (not simply a matter of taste or preference).
Unauthorized purchase. A charge was made without the account owner's authorization and we can confirm it.

"Changed my mind," "bought the wrong one," "no longer need it," or "found something similar elsewhere" are not eligible.

How to request a review

Your order number.
The product name.
A short description of the problem and any screenshots.

We usually respond within 3 business days. If we approve a refund, it goes back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in account suspension.
